Terms and conditions of raideIT
raideIT PVT Limited, (hereinafter “raideIT”) is an Information technology company that provides IT products and services to businesses or entities.
If a specific entity or individual person (hereinafter “person “or “users”) wants to benefit from raideIT services or products, then he/she is
supposed to abide by the following Terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”). If a person agreed to the terms then He /she can use raideIT
and services in the identified condition, or if he/she isn’t agreed then the specific person
can abandon or quit the use of raideIT services or website.
Licensing of raideIT Products.
If an individual or company willing to use the products or services of raideIT can get access to it by buying its On-cloud, or On-Premises/Subscription, or Premises/Perpetual License.
An on-cloud license is for the individual user, whereas an On-Premises license is for the unlimited users.
Integration
raideIT allows its users to integrate Info Guard solutions with each other. Users can also integrate third-party solutions with raideIT
solutions if such a party allows their integration. In the case of third-party integration, the terms of service of the third-party will
apply to the third-party solutions, not that of the raideIT terms. Before using third-party solutions,
users ought to go through the terms of service and third party's Privacy Policy.
Usage limits of raideIT Products.
A user's usage limits are based on the subscription they select. To avail uninterrupted service, users must ensure that their usage does not exceed
their usage limits, which is prescribed by the raideIT on a subscription basis. If the user exceeds its usage limits,
in such a scenario raideIT may restrict its services on such activity.
Modification
With time raideIT may modify its terms and conditions. Beings the users of raideIT products or services,
modified terms will apply to the users, following its publications.
Return or Refund policy.
raideIT values its users and considers any sought of legal reservation of them, but the company policy does not offer any return
or refund policy for their users. If a person subscribes to any raideIT product or service and then she/he changes their mind and wants to return the products or services,
or demands a refund of payment then their particular concern will not be taken into account.
